propelo™ was designed by a researcher from the School of Public Health at The University of Queensland. Designed by Dr Brianna Fjeldsoe – propelo™ is the culmination of over 10 years of research into what works to help people change their behaviour using highly tailored but automated text coaching.

 

propelo™ is supported by a specialist team of researchers and practitioners who are passionate about working with community partners to deliver programs that are responsive to their needs, and importantly, are evidence-based.

The Get Healthy Information & Coaching Service® is a free, nationally-available lifestyle coaching service. We developed ‘Get Healthy, Stay Healthy’ to extend the initial program and support clients to maintain positive changes in their dietary behaviour, physical activity and weight.
